Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Orders are confirmed when you receive an email titled "Order Confirmation." We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons such as failed payment, unavailability, or fraud.

All payments are processed securely through authorised providers. Charges may occur upon confirmation or shipment. Additional banking fees may apply and are not covered by Felipe Albernaz.

International shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, unless stated otherwise at checkout. The recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any fees, depending on the regulations in their country.

Refusing to pay or accept delivery means you forfeit the product, and no refund will be issued. Any costs for returning the shipment, including shipping, handling, and duties, are your responsibility.

If duties and taxes are pre-paid at checkout, they will be remitted to the authorities on your behalf. If not pre-paid, any estimate at checkout is indicative only; actual charges may be higher.

Ownership transfers once full payment is received. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

All return requests must be submitted via email to info@felipealbernaz.com prior to returning any product. Customers must wait for written authorisation before shipping any return. Unauthorised returns may be refused, and the customer will remain fully liable for the product and any associated costs.

Customers who refuse a shipment — including refusal to pay customs duties, import taxes, or any required fees upon delivery — are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, and return shipping costs. Refused shipments will result in total forfeiture of the order, and no refund will be issued.

For international shipments, return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and any carrier-related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, even if the original shipping was complimentary, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Products returned in damaged, used, altered, washed, or incomplete condition may be refused at our discretion and returned to the customer at their expense, with no refund issued.

All items explicitly marked as Final Sale, all custom-made or made-to-measure items, and any items purchased using promotional or discount codes of 20% or more in combination with complimentary international shipping are considered Final Sale. Final Sale items are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute before a return request has been reviewed and authorised in writing, Felipe Albernaz reserves the right to contest the claim and recover the full value of the product, original shipping costs, chargeback fees, administrative costs, legal fees, and any additional expenses incurred.

By placing an order, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, including this Returns, Final Sale, and Chargeback Policy.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Madrid, Spain.
