Terms & Conditions
To place an order, you must fill in all required information and confirm your purchase. Orders are confirmed when you receive an email titled “Order Confirmation.” We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons such as failed payment, unavailability, or fraud.
All payments are processed securely through authorized providers. Charges may occur upon confirmation or shipment. Additional banking fees may apply and are not covered by FELIPE ALBERNAZ.
International shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, unless stated otherwise at checkout. The recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any fees, depending on the regulations in their country.
Refusing to pay or accept delivery means you forfeit the product, and no refund will be issued. Any costs for returning the shipment, including shipping, handling, and duties, are your responsibility.
If duties and taxes are pre-paid at checkout, they will be sent to the authorities on your behalf. If not pre-paid, any estimate at checkout is indicative only; actual charges may be higher.
Ownership transfers once full payment is received. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. All return requests must be submitted to FELIPE ALBERNAZ via email at info@felipealbernaz.com
before attempting to return the product. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
Important:
Customers must wait for our authorization before returning any product. Unauthorized returns or premature chargeback claims may be contested, and the customer remains liable for the product and any associated costs.
If a customer initiates a chargeback before the return request has been reviewed and authorized, FELIPE ALBERNAZ reserves the right to dispute the claim with the payment provider. The customer remains responsible for the full value of the product, shipping costs, and any additional fees incurred.
For international shipments, return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer, even if the original shipping was free, unless otherwise required by law.
Products returned in damaged, used, or incomplete condition may be refused, and any associated costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, including the Returns Policy and procedures for chargebacks.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Madrid, Spain.
