Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled by the customer. Orders are confirmed once you receive an email titled "Order Confirmation".

Felipe Albernaz reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend or cancel any order at any time, including after an Order Confirmation has been issued, for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, inventory discrepancies, pricing or typographical errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, force majeure events, or any other legitimate business reason. Where payment has already been received for an unavailable item, a full refund for that item will be issued.

All payments are processed securely through authorised providers. Charges may occur upon confirmation or shipment. Additional banking fees may apply and are not covered by Felipe Albernaz.

International shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, unless stated otherwise at checkout. The recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any fees, depending on the regulations in their country.

Refusing to pay or accept delivery means you forfeit the product, and no refund will be issued. Any costs for returning the shipment, including shipping, handling, and duties, are your responsibility.

If duties and taxes are pre-paid at checkout, they will be remitted to the authorities on your behalf. If not pre-paid, any estimate at checkout is indicative only; actual charges may be higher.

Delivery and dispatch times displayed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to dispatch orders within the indicated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to production schedules, quality control, inventory verification, carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Felipe Albernaz shall not be liable for delays in dispatch or delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our collections are produced in limited quantities. In the event of an unexpected stock discrepancy, production delay or inventory issue, we reserve the right to extend the estimated dispatch or delivery timeframe. Customers will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable.

Product availability displayed on our website is subject to change without prior notice. Although we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory, occasional discrepancies may occur.

Felipe Albernaz shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, strikes, transportation disruptions, customs delays, supplier failures, cyber incidents, or other force majeure events.

If we are unable to fulfil an order within a reasonable period, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund for any unavailable item(s).

Ownership transfers once full payment is received. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

All return requests must be submitted via email to info@felipealbernaz.com prior to returning any product. Customers must wait for written authorisation before shipping any return. Unauthorised returns may be refused, and the customer will remain fully liable for the product and any associated costs.

Customers who refuse a shipment, fail to collect a shipment within the carrier's collection period, or refuse to pay customs duties, import taxes or any mandatory fees upon delivery are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, storage fees (where applicable), and return shipping costs. Such orders will be treated as abandoned and will result in forfeiture of the order, with no refund issued, except where required by applicable law.

For international shipments, return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and any carrier-related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, even if the original shipping was complimentary, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Products returned in damaged, used, altered, washed, or incomplete condition may be refused at our discretion and returned to the customer at their expense, with no refund issued.

All items explicitly marked as Final Sale, all custom-made or made-to-measure items, and any items purchased using promotional or discount codes of 20% or more in combination with complimentary international shipping are considered Final Sale. Final Sale items are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute before a return request has been reviewed and authorised in writing, Felipe Albernaz reserves the right to contest the claim and recover the full value of the product, original shipping costs, chargeback fees, administrative costs, legal fees, and any additional expenses incurred.

By placing an order, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, including this Returns, Final Sale, and Chargeback Policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
